After graduating in Environmental Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique in Paris and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champain, Laurent began his career in energy facility management in 2004 in France. He transitioned to venture capital in 2009, focusing on sustainable solutions across France and Europe. With a strong entrepreneurial and environmentalist mindset, Laurent delved into consumer goods' environmental footprint in 2020. This journey led to his collaboration with Peftrust's COO, Melinda Dubreucq, and the creation of Peftrust—a Fashion-focused SaaS platform digitizing Product-Level LCA in the Fashion industry. As acting CEO since its inception, Laurent concentrates on Business Development and spreading the word about the Peftrust solution.
